    Yes- our state of the art dry-stack is opening April 1. We are currently offering pre-leases at discounted rates.

    No, the parking lot is private to slip members due to space constraints. All boat storage is on an annual lease basis, therefore there is not transient storage.

    Yes, our full service fuel dock is open during all hours of operation.
