We rented a pontoon boat for 4 hours. It was clean and well-maintained. It ran great. The customer service was young people. They were polite, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. We will be back.

The docks are generally maintained, but it's hard to get a dock worker to assist when docking or getting gas. Call the store when you hit the no wake zone and order to get a dock worker down there sometime within minutes after you dock. I wouldn't recommend the ramp because the parking lot has become unbearably crowded since the apartments were developed and new restaurant moved in. There is no room to navigate, particularly with a trailer. The ship store is pretty much worthless unless you are trying to buy a T-shirt, koozie, or a bag of Sun chips. If you want things like common boat parts, worms, or peanuts and sandwiches, you will do better at Jake's Landing Marina. The adjacent restaurant Liberty has food that is fair, the service is usually pretty good, and the view is great. However, don't go for the food; go for the view.

Great marina. The facilities, nearby stores, and scenery are excellent but the staff really shine. I dislocated my shoulder and grounded my sailboat in the same evening and Chris helped above and beyond what I hoped.

There is a small island 45mins of kayaking away and the marina is full of turtles popping their heads up now and then!
